i don't use pick up lines, dont dig them much perhaps because i'm a female, but one time my friend went to use one on a guy at a coffee house. we were sitting and an attractive dude came and sat at the table next to ours, my friend noticed that the guy seemed to...excited so she leans over and says "is that a ruler in your pocket or are you just really happy to see me"...the guy smirks and actually takes a ruler out of his pocket...i almost hit the floor laughing...she on the other hand almost started crying of embarrassment...(i guess this is one of the many reasons why i don't like pick-up lines :P)

Ladies don't like pickup lines. But maybe if your cheesy pickup line is stupid enough, she may like you for courageous attempt, out of pity. So go ahead tiger. Use the old ,"Did it hurt when you fell from heaven" line. Have her drink splashed in your face.

"Hey hows it going?" Thats it really, never got past that. Then they usually asked me out or hung around me until I asked them out. Tried it once, got her to go out with me, now we are married with a daughter. Happily ever after, so it works hey.
