Well I know from experience, that you do stop growing at a certian age. I was 5' 2 " and now 5'1". As we grow older we start to shrink. And there is nothing we can do about it. Its just a fact of life. Sorry

If ur over 21yrs ur unlikely to grow anymore taller.
Else u can try doing pull ups,hanging onto a bar and pulling urself up with ur arms.
try playing basket ball..its a sure bet.
Playing outdoor sports and eating a nutrituos diet would make u grow longer.

when i was young me and my brother ate about 10 of them Flintstone´s vitamins a day. theyre like candy really. and drink lots of milk. i grew 7ft and my bros 6´5

well I climb trees ,drink lots of milk (in case u dont like milk drink shakes like mango shakes and banana shakes and lots more I have tried all of them) and eat lots of green vegetables
