A good question! Isla del encanto it is not enchanted island is poor wording for this U.S.A.colony! It is being destroyed at all levels without any bombings! Its grass is no longer green ,it is brown, the level of diseases is horible! the children at schools are in constant warfare with each other, in plain English it is an abomination to us its people and a shame to the U.S.A. and its a crime ridden island whose people [ us los puertorriquenos] have ben forced to flee en masse!

Not positive but I think that means the enchanted island. Costa Rica means the rich coast.
