All I hear about are women who "LOVE their careers" and could never stay home all day. Am I the only woman who hates working? What's wrong with being with your kids? I have zero instinct to work and every instinct to be a mom.

I guess you have to decide what is more important to you. The money or the time. I

stayed home for the first 4 years of my daughters life because I did not want anyone else raising her. I am a seamstress and worked from home. it was hard because work was not always steady.

I went to school on the weekends to be a teacher. The pay is not good but we have the same hours and holidays, and I get to use my motherly instincts all day every day.

Id like to be able to stay home with my kidos and let hubby work, but right now, i make way more money then he does so its better for me to work (i make almost 30/hr).. but trust me, id rather be with my family then away from the home 13 hours a day.

I agree with you! I've been home now for a year with my babies, but for the last 6 I have worked and I hated every minute of it.

u have to treat the life the way it is. I gave full time to my kids when they were small, as they go to school i finish my work before they come home so i m always there for my kids.

poor little darlings have been so good for me all these years while i was working... i am desperate stop work now so i can spend more time with them
i get so envious of women that are full time mums and wish it was me and get so annoyed when they complain about it and send them to daycare just so they can go out for lunch and get their hair and nails done...
