She needs to be drinking lots of water. But I wouldn't worry a whole lot. Definitely take her to the doc tomorrow. But don't worry tonight. Especially if there is no fever. Just make sure she drinks.

She could very well be dehydrated. Push fluids and get to the doctor right away! This is the time of year for meningitis and its very serious, so always better safe than sorry and check with your local ER you can always call and get answers from professionals. Everyone had good answers, but Yahoo is not the place you should be right now, Mom, come on!!!
* Anything other than Milk or water is an electrolyte, thats what Gatorade and Pedialite contain.

B'coz the baby has severe cold, she would be dehydrated and so give her lot of liquids. That would really help. If possible, give her diluted citric juices. Do not panic if she hasn't fever. But do take to the doc tomorrow.

She's dehydrated, until you can get her to the doctor you may want to give her Pedelyte. If she doesnt want to drink offer it to her in the icee version. Remember even if she doesnt eat she has tp drink something to keep her strength. DO NOT give her anything to sweet like apple juice or too strong like orange juice and soda. Good luck and I hope she starts to feel better soon.

sounds like symptoms of rsv, which can turn into pneumonia in small children. please get her help asap. and whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE HER TEA. it is a diahrettic, and that will dehydrate her even more, popsicles, and pedialyte are the best. and if you don't have any, use koolaid. keep her drinking even if it lasts all night into the next day. it is sooooooooo urgent to seek help for this. good luck.

Does she drink plenty of fluids. Maybe your a/c is turn up to high, When you go from the hot to cold all the time , then easy to get what I call a Summer Cold. But it would not hurt to take her to the ped. . just have her checked out. Pem

Start the child on the BRAT idiet immediately (It's for vomiting and nausea but should help this baby!
She's badly dehydrated. Does she cry when she pees?? If so, it's dehydration right now.

She is dehydrated. Since babies are very sensitive to any dehydration, get her to an emergency physician. Go NOW! Especially if she refuses liquids, twenty-four hours is waiting too long, and she could suffer complications to her cold.
Good luck with your girl!

Did she take enough fluid whithin the last 48 hours? If she is dehydrated now, which not urinating is a sign of, you need to take her to the hospital right now. it might not be a cold.

My god... You should take your child to see a doctor. No point to wait for it. It is not a very serious case but least it is better to consult the doctor.
