Yes they can. I am. I am allergic to latex. For me, the symptoms were itchiness, buring, redness, and frequent infections. To solve this, try a non-latex condom. Also beware of spermicides. Many times if you are allergic to condoms it may just be the spermicide you are allergic to, or both.

yes its called a latex allergy is quiet common actually, if after coming into contact with latex your skin itches, and swells slightly, you may be allergic take a hysiminie blocker like bynadryl and don't touch latex again.. and tyr non-latex condoms next time

Ize tried dem an day gimme a rash, now ize uses da big plastic carry bags from da supermarket, dez good fer me, but my Liza she say dey ain't nice an dey makes sa much noise. She say dat afta she wash dem suckers, day soften up a tad. dey free too.
