lol wow i just posted this question just a second ago and ya'll already came up with 12 responses. lol thanks ladies as always, I appreciate your input.

thats hard, i want them both. if i have to pick just one it would be nice - i can take the nice guy to a comedy show but i can't take the funny guy to a nice show.

Aww, why does it have to be either nice or funny? I want both these qualities in a man, and when I find him, I am gonna keep him forever and ever!
If I had to choose though, I will definitely go with nice. Nice guys more often than not, are funny too but not all funny guys are nice. I like to be pampered and treated like a lady and I am not assured of that from a guy who is only funny. If he turns out to be mean, ohhh boy... is he gonna get an earful from me! A minor explosion will definitely ensue.
So yes, give me nice anyday. :)

Nice, because with a guy who is funny all of the time, you could never have a serious conversation with him.
It would be nice if he could be a little of both.. Actually I have a huge crush on a guy like that at the moment.. he is both nice and funny and sweet and handsome!

I would not accept less than both. Why can't you be nice AND funny? Is there some difference? Such as, do you try to be funny and it comes out as an insult? If that's the case, the only one having fun is you.

I would like to have a funny guy that was nice, but if I could only choose one, I would pick nice. Who wants to laugh at a mean guy if he is not nice to you.

I prefer a nice man.. After all if he is a nice guy he is gonna have a great personality that makes him nice so i'm sure he would be able to amuse me
