YOU DO NOT WANT ANOREXIA.
Take it from me, I AM fully-blown anorexic. You want no part of this sickness.
Does anorexia hurt? Yes.
Anorexia hurts you physically. Your stomach growls from the pain of not eating, you feel faint and dizzy from skipping meals, but even worse you begin to accept this as "normal" behaviour.
Anorexia hurts your family and friends....soon anorexia and being thin is all that matters. You will lie to your family and friends about eating, and then the disease consumes you so much you avoid those close to you....partially because you are so preoccupied about having your disease...counting calories, your BMR, your BMI, checking your weight, measuring yourself, trying to research the calories in your toothpaste, etc. And then comes the shunning of friends and family because you fear they will find out what you are doing...and will discover your secret. For example: "I'd sure like to go to the movies with my friends but they will all be eating popcorn and I love it, so I better not go because if I smell it I might be weak and eat some, or worse, they will ask me why I haven't gotten anything from the snack bar and suspect I am restricting!" It hurts a LOT there. Anorexia doesn't allow you to love others, she demands that you love only her.
There are so many things I could go on about...the hair loss from your head and hair GROWTH on your body, the brittle nails, and the constant feeling that you are not good enough....but I could literally write a book.
I hear where you are coming from though. I myself am 5'9" and I used to weigh 240 lbs. Last summer I started to "diet" and then my mom was diagnosed with terminal brain and lung cancer. I started spiralling, and next thing I knew I was starving myself to give me a feeling of "control" over my life when I have no control over anything else. Now I am under 140, and in a size 4 jean...but am I happy now that I am thin? No. I was happier back at 240 lbs when I was fat, but I just didn't know it.
If you want to lose weight, do it the healthy way...do not wish or attempt to learn how to have an eating disorder...once an eating disorder has you it will not let you go. :( Stay strong and focus on what you LIKE about yourself! :) If you still feel self-concious then see a dietitian and think about adding a little more exercise in your daily routine. You want to be healthy and fit...that's what real attractiveness is, not what the fashion mags are trying to sell us, those girls are sickly. :( You should see what they look like without the makeup and airbrushing!
As far as the boobage goes, I was there too, before all this starving myself mess I was a 42 F. I'm now a 32 D, but trust me, these boobs aren't pretty. Losing the weight from starving myself made my chest SAG, SAG, SAG. Lots of loose skin...they look like two deflated balloons. You don't want that honey...I promise! :(
Anyhow, sorry for the long answer. I keep my disease a total secret, but online I can discuss it without worry. And if I could do anything to keep just *one* girl from taking the path I've taken...it would be worth a few minutes of extra typing! I really hope you are that girl.

Other girls wear B cups because they are practically prepubescent. They'll fill out too - and soon! Your weight sounds fine, but if you feel out of shape then maybe try toning up with some exercise. Starving yourself is the equivalent of killing yourself. It would be torturous on your body and your mind. Why waste both at such a great, young age. Give yourself a chance! Anaeorexia is a DISEASE. You know that though, dont you. "Normal" is what you are - normally. Work within your natural lines and enjoy life by SMILING, LAUGHING, and yes, EATING :o) Just do it in moderation and make some healthy choices here and there. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Are you less than 5'2 inches? Because if you are any taller than that you are already skinny enough to be super sexy. Marilyn Monroe wore a size 16.
There is no way I know, short of surgery to make your boobs smaller. Losing weight will not do this. No diet or exercise plan on earth will reduce your cup size. I know it sucks now, but trust me, this will be good eventually.
It sounds like you are already bordering on anorexic. Anorexia is not being a particular weight, but rather a mentally ill state. Anorexics feel out of control and seek to regain that control through "perfecting" their bodies - that usually means starving themselves. They often die of kidney failure very young (in their teens or twenties) and almost always end up doing major damage to their bodies. I have seen young women crawl out of that pit, and it only looks glamourous and sexy for a few months then it gets pathetic and scary. They look like concentration camp victims, and still think they need to lose a few pounds. You don't see that part at school because they are usually hospitalized, disabled or dead by then.
I know this feels SOOO urgent and overwhelmingly important and you feel like your parents don't get this. But please at least tell a teacher, aunt, coach or school counselor about these feelings. You could be lucky and get help before you have to move into a hospital. If you are scared to talk to someone, or still considering putting yourself through this - Please email me at all4god@yahoo.com or call me at 949-276-8293. I would be happy to talk to you about the effects you will experience if you do this, and I would love to hear about the feelings that are pushing you this way. Neither your body, nor these feelings are your fault. You are not weak, stupid, or crazy. All of us need a little help now and then. May God bless you with peace and contentment.

You can die from anorexia. Try eating healthier and exercising. When I was 14, I lost about 50 pounds from diet and excerise alone. You can lose weight without starving. Starving will not help you in the long run because your metabolism will slow down and when you begin to eat again, you gain the weight back quickly.

being anorexic is not the way....i understand your situation as I am a teen as well and overweight...."stop eating" is not the only solution to losing weight, and it is a very dangerous way to do it.....find a sport that you like, such as bike riding or swimming and do that everyday....ask your parents to enroll you in a gym so that you can get health fitness....another way would be to try to avoid sweets or sodas.....i know that's hard but try to avoid them....or you can cut down the portions of your food.....(that's how my cousin did it and she slimmed down beautifully)....eat fruits and veggies a lot....go on a healthy diet....i heard one of the most effective ways is running everyday....it'll be hard at first, but don't give up!....and you'll end up looking fresh and healthy instead of bony and scary....please do it the healthy way...if you ever need anyone to talk to, i'm here for you....i understand...i'm going through it too....i'll be going to university next year and they have a health fitness plan that is required for everyone so i'll be getting my exercise then :)....please do it the right way, girl....

Music enables you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your dinner, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back pertaining to seconds. But hang on! Stop to get a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will certainly put you off that third plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

you're gonna be more pathetic if you're going to get brain-washed by what other people think. It should be about how you feel. if you feel like losing weight, do so in a safe and normal way, don't cheat. Run or walk more, eat less, but don't starve.
