OKay Guys, my boyfriend of four years is mad at me because he says I'm always selling him out. That he's come see me five times in a row and I everytime I stay I will go see him, I never do. Like tonight. (We live about 40 minutes away from each other.) So now he is mad at me. What are some ways I can make it up to him

Ok, if my girl kept saying she'd come over, and she didn't, the last thing I'd want would be for her to just come over and give me head, or sex. I'd want an explanation, and an apology. If you're truly sincere and sorry, if he's a guy worth keeping, he'll forgive you. THEN you can give him head. But not until you explain and apologize.

Decide why you won't go see him at his place occasionally. It really should go both ways. If you just don't want to bother tell him so he can decide if he wants to expend all his time and effort to maintain what seems to be a one-sided relationship.
You really should take a little initiative and make him feel like it matters to you.

Well, you can make it up to your man by inviting him to your place and when he get's there have him a hot meal prepared (his fav foods), and then aftawards cuddle up around the house in some sexy clothes (or no clothes at all) then begin to have hot steamy sex all over the place~
