Have you noticed how primitive and uncivilized mankind is? Why cant we as a human race change? Violence, greed and selfishness seem to have a grasp on our minds and characters. People are programmed to always put themselves first disregarding their neighboor. Our lusts and ambitions are never fullfilled, we always want more. When will we wake up and realize that we have been wrongly influenced by a society that seems to have no future. We are in a constant search for all the comforts that life has to offer, all while people are starving to death and the planet is being destroyed. Can we change Humanity around?

Not everyone is how you describe. I know many who are not. You can not change the entire world but you can change things around you. Work on looking for the good in people first instead of condemning mankind as a whole. That is part of the problem - become part of the solution instead. Help people who are down on their luck. Make some food for homeless shelters, send clothing or blankets to impoverished areas, volunteer for housing projects to build new homes or fix older ones, there are many more projects that you could join instead of just noticing the evil in the world. Humanity is being changed little by little all the time, be a part of that change and give of yourself to others. I do, and it is making a difference. Instead of that greed and selfishness, I feel compassion and hope - in myself and others around me. Try and think positively and put others first instead of thinking about all that ambition - if you want to be ambitious, be ambitious towards how much you can do for others instead of yourself. It could change your perception of humanity as well. Best wishes. (and - it does work).

That is our sin nature.
We chose ourselves way back in the garden, and we have ourselves.
It occurs to me that our sin nature is what Satan sells - power, greed, manipulation, self-serving aggression and desire.
We have blindly fallen into his trap and gratefully lives CAN be changed by the power of God working through the hearts of people.
We are in spritual battle, isn't it evident?
Only God changes hearts with purpose,meaning and healing, and our hope is in him.
