The question you should be asking is why would I want to tell him since he has no feelings for me? Unless im misunderstaning the question and this person just doesnt know your interested. In that case being indirectly direct works all the time. Some people break the ice using humor; A joke, or casual comment about an off topic can ussually give you a good idea of ones intentions and interest. Or from a more direct but still subtle perspective, would be to mention about their\or your intended whereabouts for the coming weekend and watch carefully for their response

See liking someone is your own decision so go ahead a tell him straight that you like him for the following reasons. If telling straight on the face is not possible then just send him a mail.

If you are certain he has no feelings for you it would be pointless to tell him you like him. It will make him uncomfortable and will get you hurt. You should enjoy him as a friend, but probably see less of him and look around for someone new.

tell him. But don't be too hurt by his negative answer. If it is a negative one, that is. How do you know he doesn't have feelings for you? And are you aware, you left out the word good?
