Depends on how old you are. What you want to accomplish. Gain weight, lose weight, be better in sports, personal fitness (again vague and unclear), endurance, strength. Decide what your goals are and where you are now. Answer these questions first, and you'll get better answers. Speaking of better answers, ask a fitness leader in your community, or a coach who seems to be doing what you hope to do eventually. (As in sports and health that is)

Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for people of all ages! It's low impact and good for stretching EVERY day. There are health benefits in Tai Chi for children and adults! Even if you are obese, the movements are slow and deliberate, and the entire routine does work every set of muscles in the body. It's not a bad prelude for a more strenuous work out, and also relaxes the spirit.

If your over fifteen then anything including weightlifting is good. Think of what body type you want and look at the athletes that perform that activity and do what ever appeals to you. Just get in a routine now and stick to it forever. I choose golf and beer now I look like a shorter version of John Daily. My two year younger brother choose weightlifting and now still looks great.

ok. in the starting up, make confident no longer to eat 3500 energy or more effective for the period of your junk nutrition day, otherwise all of your labor is going out the window! On my junk nutrition day, I often eat even with the certainty that i want, yet I nonetheless reduce my energy. i got here upon an workout on line a pair weeks in the past. I purely used it for a even as, however it changed into fairly efficient. I lost 2 pounds a week. no longer some thing more effective, no longer some thing a lot less. 1st week - run a million/2 mile 2d week - run a million mile third week - run a million a million/2 mile 4th week - run 2 miles & so on... if u have access to a fitness club or a local high school gym/work out facility , that would help. just jog about 1/2 mile evry other day, and the days that ur not jogging lift a little weight and do some sit ups and push ups. do as many push ups as u can. and id do about 150 situps.

yoga and pilates! you dont want to work out with weights until your later teen years because weight training to early wil stunt your growth. lots of stretching pushups pullups and crunches sit ups are bad for your back. lots of cardio and always try to eat right so as you get older if you have always had good eating habits you will not develope bad ones.
