i once learned something very important - people break up for a reason - whatever made you break up before will make you break up again.
i don't think you should ever get back together with someone you broke up because your only getting back together because you miss being with each other until you realize why you broke up in the first place and just break up again.

Try to figure it out if he's still in love with you. KNow how to weigh things, if its real or not. YOu should have to be CAREFUL enough now my dear coz he already break your heart before, so what's the difference now? Anyway, of course u still have to bear in your mind that if the two of you is really destined to be together, it should be yes no matter what. So what you can do now is to wait what will happen next, if he will pursue to have your love and your heart, maybe you can give him a chance by then. Goodluck!

how long have you broken up? how long have you been dating? when i broke up with my ex of 2 years (who was also my first love) last year, he called often within the 4 months after we broke up saying nice things about us and dropping hints of getting back together. and now....he totally broke off all contact with me with no trail of communication.
my point - no matter how much you love that person...a break up is still a break up. when you were together, things were so bad you had to leave. so why go backwards into it again? it's really your decision, but i think it's best for you to draw the cards and have the upper hand, face the future, and look for a better man. you know you can do better than that! *wink*
