3 months as in married or 3 months for dating? married maybe a nice dinner or something. dating i would say nothing, you are gonna freak him out and he is going to think you are psycho.
an anniversary is yearly.

Yes it's a lovely thought. I would would make sure that he plans on giving you a gift, first, though. Some guys might be put off by the idea of a 3 month anniversary.

Three month anniversary? For the love of... Okay, listen to me. The whole monthly anniversary stuff is actually very annoying to most if not all men. Guys don't like having to remember these things, and they certainly hate having to cringe at the idea of you giving them gifts and vice versa.

3 month anniversary is a big thing. you made it past the 3 month mark! but don't spend it big just yet. i think the collage is great, just enough for you to let him know how much you feel for him so early in the relationship.

No. That is too serious for knowing someone 3 months. a 3 month aniversary is not even a big deal. He will act like a jerk if you keep doing these things. Just watch. Don't get him anything.
