I am 12, and I think I have it because I never took of my sweater, and the moisture that formed inside my sweater caused me to get a red bumpy rash. I went to a dermatologist, she prescribed triamcinolone and andecoazole. The rash is gone, but my skin is unusually white, or light pink.Is there any way to make it noemal color, and or get rid of eczema completely. Am I the 1 in ten people that gets it?Is my life ruined. I hear that skin regenerates every 7 years. Is that true?if so, wiill my skin get better by then? THANK YOU

People from all walks of life and all ages live with eczema; however, it typically appears in infants. Also called contact dermatitis, eczema is actually a group of skin conditions. Although it may sometimes look like a contagious condition, eczema is not contagious.

Symptoms related to eczema depend on the causes and severity of the form of eczema. A person with mild eczema has dry, hot, and itchy skin. Severe eczema causes the skin to crack, bleed, and often takes a long time to heal. Inflammation in the area is common depending on the type of eczema.

Although you may think it unlikely -get a good book at your local library and look up about the effects of your diet: I'm talking nutrition! Lack of certain vitamins and proper and regular meals can make a big difference. So can if you are breaking out from eating "junk" foods: and this is more likely than you might think!
Give it a go: you have nothing to lose except a skin condition~

That rash is just contact dermatitis. It's a special rash that forms from warm, moist places like the inside of your sweater against your skin. You don't have anything to worry about. If the prescription creams help you, then you'll never have to worry. I don't think it's eczema. My mom had it and what you describe is nothing like what she looked like.

I do encounter some people suffering from eczema. It's a very terrible encounter. But after using some products and adjust their lifestyle, their condition either completely cure or improve tremendously. I do have some solutions to offer.

actually my son has eczema and that stuff never goes away all you can do is control it with medications... it comes and goes... so all you can do is be mosturized all the time and dont use strong soaps in the bath or even when you wash your clothes
