Wyoming or Idaho. I will have a place there. Give me a few years and I will immigrate within America only. I've seen Costa Rico (beautiful) and England. I prefer America, so far.

Canada. It's close, with a cool climate, plus immigrants aren't forced to turn their back on their motherland. And people with college degree or professional training are welcomed. WHat more can you want?

High tech jobs are booming over there right now and they speak english.

If I was rich and didn't have to work, it would probably be Holland because they are ranked #1 on women's rights.
