I think God knows what kind of suffering this person went through and was not in his right mind when he took his life. Yes, he will be with god and all of his loved ones. He was sick; and it wasn't his fault. Prayers to you and your family.

I think it depends on what you believe. There are all sorts of religions/denominations that believe people who commit suicide do not go to heaven. Some believe they go to hell, others to purgatory, etc. Some even believe that the person will go to a type of otherworldly "jail" and be taught about God and get another chance to go to heaven in their spirit form.
If God is truly a loving God, then it stands to reason that the person who committed suicide is with God. Why would God punish someone who was victimized?
I think you will get all sorts of answers, some very religious based, some spiritual, and some full of fire and brimstone.
I don't think anyone has the "right" answer.
Perhaps you need to do some research into your own religious background and investigate other religions and beliefs to figure what is real for you. Only then will you find the answer for yourself and maybe along the way you will find peace of mind.
I assumed you were talking about someone who has already committed suicide
But if it is someone who is considering suicide and it is only the thought of hell that is keeping them from doing it....then that person needs to get some help and support. There are lots of groups, counsellors, hotlines etc for that person and I am sorry they were abused, but life is too precious to end without trying to get help.

i was abused and back then i didn't know about suicide ...i tried it later. But there is something you can do. Try mugwort herb. but ask the herb store people about it first or try St.John's wort. You are a precious person and there are so many children that get abused everywhere.Pat Benatar did a song about how children shouldn't have to pay for love with their body and their flesh.Do you look like your parents ? chances are that they may have kidnapped you when you were a baby . in this day and age anything is possible view The Charley Project and God Bless You dear one

Very few people commit suicide if they have a foundation of stability and support among family and friends. For this reason, I don't believe ANYONE who commits suicide is judged harshly or damned to hell forever. That would seem really contradictory to what Christians are taught about a loving and forgiving God.

God, whether you know him as a Christian, Jew, Muslim, Pagan, Buddhist, etc, understands and loves all people. I believe that each of us has a soul that chooses to come into this world in a certain era, country, family, etc. in order to learn a particular lesson. Apparently this person you know chose to come into this world in a situation in which he was going to suffer greatly, so much so that he ended up committing suicide. Everything happens for a reason. Your friend is in good hands with God, his loved ones who pre-deceased him and his guardian angels. They will guide him for now. It will all be fine in the end. If it's not fine, it's not the end.
Take care and let go of this.

Well this is all based on faith and beleif...
You can't ask a question like that
no one TRUELY knows... though many like the think they do.
For all you know he's going no where... there is no heaven no hell no god...
Maybe there is...
maybe the bible is wrong and he doesn't look at suicide as a sin
maybe he DOES maybe he'll go to hell now
or maybe god is forgiving to all people loves everyone like a true 'god' would... being that there is one.
Who really knows? No one...
When you die you can try and tell people....
Unless you dont go anywhere then you just wasted a lot of time praying for nothing
Or maybe you go to hell and wish you wasted some time praying who knows really
not me

please stop and breathe for a minute. do no longer suicide. people care approximately you. Your friends on your social existence do, your father and mom do, your pals do. despite in case you father and mom rigidity you, this is purely with the aid of fact they want you to have a extra effectual existence and which ability they care plenty approximately you. as harsh as this could sound, do you think of that they had to spend plenty time and attempt on you purely so which you would be able to suicide? a hundred% risk no. Are you(or your father and mom forcing you) taking summer season college to bypass forward? or to study ? in case you're taking summer season college to bypass forward then this is a great thought with the aid of fact it can be a evaluate the subsequent year at college and that i in my view doubt you are able to fail. If this is an previous evaluate from final year's classes then this is a bum. look the college year is in basic terms approximately over, in basic terms attempt your toughest so taht you do no longer fail college. Take summer season college for evaluate for next year once you're unconfident approximately passing the despite situation. If no longer something works, do exactly despite you like different than suiciding. shop on negotiating with your father and mom. do no longer supply up.

No, I believe God forgives those who are ill and can't control what's happening to them.
It's a terrible shame that there are so many with depression who can't or simply don't get the help they need.

This is a question of knowing right and wrong. I'm not "saved" but it seems to me if someone isn't capable of determining the "wrongness" in the eyes of god, any reasonable diety would forgive that.
