I think it depends on what you believe. There are all sorts of religions/denominations that believe people who commit suicide do not go to heaven. Some believe they go to hell, others to purgatory, etc. Some even believe that the person will go to a type of otherworldly "jail" and be taught about God and get another chance to go to heaven in their spirit form.

If God is truly a loving God, then it stands to reason that the person who committed suicide is with God. Why would God punish someone who was victimized?

But if it is someone who is considering suicide and it is only the thought of hell that is keeping them from doing it....then that person needs to get some help and support. There are lots of groups, counsellors, hotlines etc for that person and I am sorry they were abused, but life is too precious to end without trying to get help.

i was abused and back then i didn't know about suicide ...i tried it later.But there is something you can do. Try mugwort herb. but ask the herb store people about it first or try St.John's wort. Very few people commit suicide if they have a foundation of stability and support among family and friends. For this reason, I don't believe ANYONE who commits suicide is judged harshly or damned to hell forever. That would seem really contradictory to what Christians are taught about a loving and forgiving God.
