I would recommend a study on forgiveness, Biblical unity (which is NOT agreeing all the time), accountability vs. judging (how often is that thrown around out of context?)
But if it's a sermon, it should be based on scripture and not on psychology or personal stories. Testimonies are fine, but keep it grounded in the Word. Otherwise it's no longer a sermon but a motivational speech.

make it a series of sermons. like week after week teach on the book of proverbs or if u dont like that 1 do a series on revelation and the comeing of God!!!
