What makes you think that you are actually you?
I've been thinking about it since I was a child and I have no idea yet.
I think there is a possibility that you are not you, right? It's hard to explain this feeling but it's what I sometimes think about.
I'm not mentally ill but when I think about my mind it's what I always come up with...
Please give me some wise answers.

You are what you believe you are. If you were to believe deep down that you were a fly than you would be a fly. Your reality is a construct that you create and interact with in your own mind. So while you may feed off of peoples perceptions of you, it is truly your own perception of self that shapes you.Regardless of what everyone else sees, it is what you see in the mirror and feel that defines you. So go with your gut feeling.

Sometimes I think odd thoughts like that...such as how do we know that what we see in the mirror is what everyone else sees? I really don't get your though although that does not mean that it is not wrong just a little abstract.

I am a consciousness that is trapped inside a brain, inside a head, on top of a body, in a country, on a continent, on a planet.
My consciousness is is who I am. What I see in the mirror is a suit that allows me to survive here. My eyes are the windows to my consciouses and my hand are my tools.
And that is me.

when you stop worriing and thinking this way you know and you start acting the way you feel you know are you. but as long as you are thinking you start analysing everything. sometimes you've got to beleive that this is simply the way god wanted you to be
