it ok for catholic and another religion to meditation? Do god against meditation? DId bible book talk about meditation?

Meditation is to focus your mind. You don't have to sit in the lotus position and chant ohm. The way some people pray is like meditation. Doing the rosary is pretty ritualistic and a lot like meditation. Actually, it probably is.
I'd think that if you sat quietly, relaxed, and focused your mind on your relationship with god, you'd be both meditating and pleasing god.

hi this meditation is not related to god...since god is favorite things on most people life they are taking this god topic to meditate....u can thing Jesus in the place of other people god place
