I think that was a rumor started by a black man. I have an as big or bigger one than any black dude I have met. (trying to be modist)

No it is not true. Blacks are just bigger when flaccid but don't grow much when hard. Whites for instance are called growers not showers. For example, When I am not hard I am only about two inches. When I am hard it is 6 1/2 inches. My ex gf used to call it a transformer because it changed so much,
