I was on here a few weeks ago talking about a dare my friend was going to do (eat a raw chicken breast for $7.50) well the guy backed out and to get him back i put some raw chicken juice (i squeezed that white thing in the bottom of the chicken package) and im afraid hes going to get sick.

IF there were salmonella cells in the chicken, there is no way to prevent them from growing (note: Campylobacter is more common in chicken than Salmonella, with similar symptoms). His body will do all it can to kill the bacteria in his system, but if they grow faster than his body can control it, then he will get sick.
The good news is that death isn't generally a result of food poisoning. He should however, seek medical attention if he begins to feel flu like symptoms with in the next 24 hours and take steps to avoid dehydration. The symptoms should subside with in a week.
You need to be honest with him about what you did so that he can be aware of any symptoms.

You do need to tell him what you did. There is not much you can do about it now but is very, very likely that he will become ill. I got campylobacter one time and I thought I was dying. I spent 3 days in hospital and it took another 7 days for me to stand up straight without excruciating pain. Even though it is rare, death IS a possible result of food poisoning, so I'd be feeling pretty freaked out if I were you. It's a lot of pain to cause over a $7.50 bet.
