When I took my dog to the vet for a black widow spider bite, he gave her a steroid shot and benedryl to give at home..Her face was swollen so much that she was having trouble breathing..Couldn't tell where the bite was, until the swelling went down some..it was over her eye, but the entire face had swollen
.
so, not knowing if your dog is as stressed as mine, i would recommend you take it to the vet...If it doesn't seem dangerously swollen, and as vets aren't open until tomorrow,, i would think that benedryl would help...Just be careful to not overdose. I would think the amount for a similar sized child would be safest....My dog was 65 pounds and got one teaspoon every 4 hours just until she remained breathing well.

You first need to speak to your veterinarian, and make sure it will be ok to administer an antihistamine. Then, with your vet's approval, give your dog Diphenhydramine which is an over the counter antihistamine. The dosing is as follows:
If your dog is less that 30 pounds: 10mg
30-50 pounds: 25mg
Over 50 pounds: 50 mg

Also, if you think your dog was stung, check the area for a stinger. It will be very small and black in color. Brush it off with your fingernail or a credit card. Do not pick it out like a splinter or more toxin could be released.
Apply a paste of baking soda and water to the spot where the stinger was, and also you can apply ice packs...
Good luck and I hope your dog gets better!

It may NOT be an allergic reaction at all. If it is really swollen and is hard, has heat.. It could well be a snake. Cottonmouth or copperhead snakes live everywhere and WILL sure bite a dog... more than one sting will make one swell also. Better get that pouch to a vet.... I am betting on a snake

Happened to my chocolate lab a few years back. He got real tired and almost passed out. After a few minutes, though he got right back up and was back to his normal self. Very scary. Call the vet though. Like people, I'm sure different dogs are are allergic in different ways.

Quickly bring to vet and rinse her face with CLEAN water. Do not let her outside unless taking to vets. Be very careful of her surroundings make sure after she eats her food and there is leftovers dispose it for her health

Take her to the vets! Not only can they give you something for the swelling, but they can run tests to find out what she is allergic to.

I would call the vet...they should have someone on call that can tell you what to do. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse take him to the vet first thing tomorrow.
Good Luck! :o)
