Tell the sister of your gf you're going to tell her sister AND her parents what she's doing if she tries it again...and you don't appreciate her lack of boundaries or lack of respect for you and her sister. Be stern. Put her in her place. She WANTS you to tell her sister cause she's jealous. Stop playing games with her and keep to your word if she tries it again.

Then tell her that her sister is hitting on you and that its making you uncomfortable. Be prepared for a blow up between the two sisters...if your girlfriend is the jealous type. Its really good that you want to tell your girlfriend this. Most guys would just take advantage of the sister. Kudos to you.

Maybe you should tell her that you think her sister is doing things that are inappropriate, but you don't want to come to that conclusion on your own and you'd like her opinion. Then have her hide somewhere, and interact in conversation with her sister. That way she can witness it herself, and you won't be the bad guy.
