oke,...most of the software is paid,...but altomp3 gold is also paid allows you to get upto 12 songs done....which is cool, cos you can reinstall it again....it'll convert just about anything to an mp3

Cakewalk Pyro, very good software, it can change from WAV to MP3, or WMA to MP3, WAV to WMA, or vice versa or vice versa check it out
