Here is something or you to consider.
Instead of focusing on your weight, consider your body size. As you gain muscles, you infact weigh more, but your body size gets smaller. So focus on your measurement as well. Weight is only one of the indicator. Try measurement now, what was your waist size before, and now?
Instead of hating food, why not be picky about the food you eat. Have a reason to eat, celebrate the occasion, and choose only food you really enjoy. Choose of course good healthy one as well. Once in a while, go out and really enjoy a nice slice of double choc cake.
Health is your long term goal, a corpse doesn't weigh much after a few weeks.
Best of Luck.

well love, first of all, if you are working out alot, you could be gaining muscle weight. (which by the way, weighs 5 x more then fat)
my only concern here is that you are willing to go to extreme drastic measures to lose the weight. Anorexia is in no way "controlled" it is extremely dangerous and i speak from experience.
just keep up with the healthy eating, excersise, and indulge every now and again, it will take a little time for your body to adjust, but it will.
I really hope you do this the right way and not the deadly way. weight won't matter, if you are not around anymore because of an eating disorder.
hang in there =)

You can eat all the food you want and be thin. That is how you were made. You just need to eat what your body was made to eat not this other stuff.
It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Many times when you start on an exercise regimen, you actually gain weight because you are putting on muscle, which weighs more than fat.
Food is not the enemy. Don't even think of going the anorexia/bulemia direction. You can severely damage yourself, sometimes to the point of DEATH. Learn to eat healthy foods and exercise moderately. And don't buy into the excessive thinness ideal that is constantly shoved in your face by the media.

You do know anorexics die sometimes despite their best efforts to "keep it under control", right?
See a nutritionist/dietician for some professional help for losing weight. Odds are you're eating something that you think is healthy but it's full of fat or calories. Watch the carbs too. Good luck!

It really depends on the exercise you are doing. You should do a lot of cardio, but also use weights well. That's pretty much all that I can think of. It sounds like you are doing find with food, but make sure you are getting a lot of protein as well.

Wow you can't possibly hate food. Well you have already mentioned the way to shed off those extra pounds like diet and exercise, but the real key is to instill discipline. If you are determined to slim down, then discipline yourself to achieve your goal.
Take care
