Agree with the claim that more illegal Mexicans are needed to do jobs that others won't do?

The fact that the illegal immigration advocates try to spin the argument to make it seem as if we need more Mexican immigrants is so transparent and insults the intelligence of anyone with a brain.

There are more than enough Mexicans already here to handle those jobs. Moreover, the fact that Mexicans have so many kids compared to blacks, whites, and Asians insures that their population will grow significantly over the upcoming years without any additional Mexicans entering the country. The claim that we need more Mexican immigrants to do these low level jobs is complete BS - we are far from a labor shortage as anyone who sees Mexicans selling oranges on the corner or standing around a Home Depot looking for odd jobs can attest.

We don't need more Mexicans, they just need us. The only thing that additional illegals will accomplish will be further driving down American wages and destroying the middle class.

This country was founded for immigrants - BUT - laws should be respected. We need to secure our borders with prison inmate camps like the one set up in Texas. They can live in tents on the border, all the way across, I am sure we have more than enough prisoners, and if they want to escape, they can head for the border, the other way!

This country wasn't founded on immigration (legal or otherwise) at all, it was and illegal invasion that resulted in the deaths of millions, the confiscation of real an personal property and the trampling of civil rights like had not been seen before and since.

Americans do need hispanics, Americans are too lazy to do tougher jobs that can bring back pains at the end of the day. I want to see an American wash dishes, clean and pick tomatos, construct buildings, and do so many other things that white people just won't do. On your lil opinion on how you said that mexicans need "us", thats complete BS. Illegal mexicans dont care what you and other ppl have to say, they just come to work. Hiring American laborers is ideally, the right thing to do. However many people cross their fingers behind their backs if they say that AND run a business. If you were head of a company, im sure ud pick to have 50 Chinese children do the job at 5 cents an hour, as opposed to paying an American laborer minumum wage, which happens to be 6.75 here in California. Think about it, its not just immigrants taking jobs, but overseas labour too. ook at the tags in your clothes and tell me i'm wrong. More likely than not, your tag will say "Made in [X country]" rather than the US.

I think it's a poor argument. No matter how you say it, you are saying it's okay to hire criminals as long as they do a job you don't want?

I don't want to do the dishes - can I hire the person up the street that will be going to prison for the DUI where he killed a family of four? I won't give him any alcohol, and no one in my house wants to do those dishes.

It may be a rather drastic comparison, but in effect it's the same thing - businesses are hiring criminals. It is ILLEGAL to enter the US without going through immigration. It's that simple. If they want to enter the country legally, then I have no problem with anyone. . . Well, except for my husband that won't do the dishes - it's his turn. :)

No I don't agree. We have a dangerous madman in the White House that is trying to convince us to stop America and be ruled by foriegn nationals.

You have no idea how much wages will drop - then businesses will drop - then fighting in the streets.

An economy is only as strong as it's lowest market, and Mexico is one hell of a market to absorb.

What are Americans supposed to do and where do we go when in 20 years 100 million more come in and take over jobs for less? Already our wages for good jobs are down 50%.

The claim that there are jobs Americans won't do is simply a lie. If you look at any specific job, you will find that the majority of people holding that type of job are legal Americans.

Who cares what anyone says, just enforce our laws- these laws were created to equalize our immigrant population, and to protect our sovereignty. JUST enforce them, whatever becomes of it - will- just let it- let America adjust - evolve into an economy that is dependant on Americans.
