I personally didn't know that the banana seeds are a sleeping aid as yer daddy states, but honey if this was your friend that gave you this and you woke up three days later....you need to drop this so called friend fast. Next time you might never wake up!! You do not need some one like this in your life. You deserve better, and you need to believe this for your own health's sake.

Sounds like the nuts had some mad sleepin tabs in them to not wake up for 3 days. Not much of a friend.

idiot. those weren't nuts, they were seeds. the banana seed is the most common ingredient in all-natural sleep aids. you never eat those. everyone knows that. duh!
