From what I've observed...
Edna Bambrick is/was a Y!Answers user, and apparently, people don't like her because of her answers or questions. I've never looked it up...
Now there are people that have stolen her user picture and edited it to create multiple Ednas to annoy more people.

Another thing I've just noticed...
I looked her name up, and she comments on random blogs. Edna, or whoever stole the name, has been using it since 2005 to threaten to report anyone that uses bad language and such.
