dou you have to go to sleep like from 10pm to 6am or can you sleep like from 3 am to 11 am does it what time you go to sleep as long as you get 8 hours or do you have to go to sleep at a certain time what are the benefits from getting the right time of sleep

Biologically our bodies are set up to sleep at night, but sleeping different hours doesn't make the sleep itself less effective as long as you are in a dark room and free of distractions.

you can do some resarch on sleep cycles. each sleep cycle consists of various stages. each stage representsa different state for your mind and body. i think the number of 8 hours comes from the idea that after that amount of time your body never really reaches the stage of sleep that is recuperative.
