Trust me, Yahoo Answers is not the way. Look around at your school, your work, go take a class somewhere. Take a *gasp* social dance class. I mean c'mon dancing is the only place you can touch a girl almost anywhere on her body for 2 minutes and she thanks you afterwards. And girls think it's sexy when a guy can dance. Get to know a girl first, and then ask her out, don't just pop up with a random "Hi, wanna date?".
Find somone you get along with, and just go for it, you'll find somone.
