It continues. I read today on www.azcentral.com that coyotes in Phoenix alone make 2 billion tax free dollars by smuggling illegal immigrants. If the families refuse to pay, the illegal immigrants are killed and left in the desert. It got me wondering today, 2 billion dollar tax free operation? No wonder some ppl want the issue of illegal immigration to go away. Greed is not only with corporations or employers. It is with some of the illegal immigrants own ppl. That sucks too. I am for humane treatment of ppl, just against illegal immigration. The law is being broke continuously.

If you get caught for raping someone and you have "staying power at cards" so to speak, are you more guilty for continuing to rape into the night or less guilty if you just have a premature ejaculation moments after penetration?
I rather suspect ANY rape is equal to any other rape as long as it's only rape you are talking about.
Problem is that when an illegal comes to this country, the very fact that they breath the air, eat the food and use our facilities is a crime of theft.
Then there is the crime against those who are trying to get in legally.
The crime of use of public education for family and friends they may aid and abet.
The crime of ...well I could go on but I won't. There's lots of different CRIME associated with illegal immigration; that's why we can't allow it anymore. It's gone well beyond being a nuisance to becoming a huge burden and threat to our country and culture.

Crime in progress - and that crime snowballs the longer they are here. In fact, the problem of illegal immigration has snowballed due to word spreading back to their homes that it can be done and so more and more have come for all the freebies and perks. It has gotten out of control and while something should have been done years ago, it is never too late to enforce the laws and clamp down and reverse the action and stop the flow.

So, do you want to know what people think, or do you want to know what is actually true?

Under US immigration law, these are two separate crimes. Entering without inspection is one violation. Being illegally present is a different violation. Neither of them is "in progress" by any legal definition.

Here are the relevant portions of the Immigration and Nationality Act:

212(a)(6) Illegal entrants and immigration violators.-
(A) 8/ ALIENS PRESENT WITHOUT admission or parole.-
(i) In general.-An alien present in the United States without being admitted or paroled, or who arrives in the United States at any time or place other than as designated by the Attorney General, is inadmissible.

212(a)(9)(B) ALIENS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT.-
(i) In general.-Any alien...who-
(I) was unlawfully present in the United States for a period of more than 180 days but less than 1 year, voluntarily departed the United States ... prior to the commencement of proceedings under section 235(b)(1) or section 240, and again seeks admission within 3 years of the date of such alien's departure or removal, or
(II) has been unlawfully present in the United States for one year or more, and who again seeks admission within 10 years of the date of such alien's departure or removal from the United States,is inadmissible.

Crime in progress.

For some of them maybe. However, many of them just overlook all laws they don't agree with. One big law many of them break is never getting a proper driver's license or insurance for a vehicle and when they hit someone, they always run from the scene. They don't care who they hurt or kill.
