I know the question is a little weird but i wanted to get someone else's point of view!

Youve got to be really passionate about it! The caressness (if that's a word) should be unique to you. And also it depends on the moment as well. You dont want to be like eating e/other's faces for a "good night kiss" lol. Just read u'r partner's body language and you'll know!

The "best way"? It's more fun if it's different every time.
Some general tips and things to try:
It's best to kiss with your heads off-set at an angle.
Always try to swallow before you kiss. Moist, not wet.
Get your hands in on the action. Caress his face, hold his neck and pull him to you.
Suck and nibble the lips in between the tongue-probing.
Every now and then, detour away from the lips, elsewhere on the face.
Don't dominate the kisses. You are kissing together.
Stop in time. Make him want to come back for more.

the best way is to pratice pointing your toung yes it sounds silly but when you are able to effectivley point your toung you have more controll over it and also it reduses in size be a little making it less obtrusive when sticking it into another persons mouth.
belive me i have had a toung or two ram into my mouth and it feels like someone had jamed a sock in as well.

lean in for a regular tap then insert the tongue but make sure his mouth is open or else u will lick his lips... then massage the tongue and if u want nibble on his lip or vice versa make sure ur teeth dont clash and u dont start sucking on his tongue.. itll get a little messy
