Pack you cat into the car and get her to the vet. Cats don't normally take that long to have kittens. She may have a breech birth and this could kill her.

If a kitten is appearing in the birth canal and you can see it trying to come out, you can gently rub the area and pull the first kitten out. I have seen that done successfully. Good luck honey! Otherwise, drive the hour to the vet.

Call the vet and get them to tell you what to do. Each case is different and they need to ask you questions so that they can figure out what is going on. That is a long time to be in labor.

you could either take it to the vet asap or you could try and help it out what i did when my cat was having her babies i put my hand up against her back legs and hold her with my other and let her push it gave her leverage some animals need that i mean even us humans need to do that so see if that helps and if not then take off to the vet good luck

take your cat to the hospital now.
12 hour for labors in a cat is not good at all.
she must be checked by a vet quickly.

get to the vet pronto, if there is greenish tingled material coming out, a kitten is stuck and has had it's first BM and is in trouble as well as the others in the litter.

if she is birthing kittens don't worry. you may be getting several, if she is not in the birthing process you need to take her straight to the vet. cats will walk while in labor and lay when they are ready to push.

If you think she won't make it to the vet, go to a firehouse and the rescue team can help you.
