But I need a certified guardianship paper so will a birth certificate do? as long as it has the official Seal?

They just want to make sure you have your parent or every who is taken care of you are of age. It should be ok with there names on it and yours. But you could call the drivers license place where you live to be sure. All states are different.

No, that won't do. The guardianship paperwork is permission from your parent or legal guardian to get a license. Some states restrict licenses for under 17 or 18 to parental permission since the parents can be held liable for the actions of the child.

Yes, the birth certificate will do fine, if you're an American. But they don't always read them papers.
