I'm comparing this software with adobe photoshop elements 4.0.

After reviewing the website for Photoimpact pro 11, I am thinking it may have an edge over Elements 4.

I have and use Elements, I also have PSP and a few others. I like elements for some of the things that I do, and I am thinking that the same things I do on elements may very well be done as well or better on Impact.

Don't leave out GIMP. Just because it's freeware does not mean it's not a good powerful tool.
