i have an adorable pair of my moms vintage Levi's and i want to wear them the first week of class. i kinda need them to be a little less tight around the thighs and hips. so i pretty much need a lower body workout that works quickly.

Try running 3-5 times a week. Thats all i can say cause I dont do much exersize in the lower body area (exept for one area).
