Are you really so bad looking that you need to change your skin color, hair color and eye color? Why can't you just be happy with yourself?

Go for it but be wary of the shade of blonde that you go for. If you go for a warm blonde you risk looking like your skin and hair are all one colour and it makes you look washed out. Either go for an icy blonde and weared it tousled and surfery (think Kate Moss, Jessica Simpson sorta messy blonde). Or go for more of a dark blonde with lighter pieces around the face (more Jennifer Aniston and Mischa Barton).
Once you've dyed it make sure you condition it regularly and use a colour protecting shampoo like John Frieda to help keep the colour and stop it going gingery.
And good luck. Hopefully you will discover that blondes definately have more fun.

I am very tan too and if you are latina then bleach or platinum may look a little too fake and may turn out too brassy anyway and fry your hair. Maybe a nice honey color with some blonder streaks. It would probably flatter your skin sticking with the warm colors.

As a latina myself, I always go a little darker in the summer because I am so tan in the summer and lighter in the winter. I dabble with reds too, especially light auburns and medium burgandy's

try green or hazle contacts

green contacts with dirty blond hair and tan skin will make you look fun,outgoing and mysterious....the hazle will make you look happy,fun,and intresting try a rinse first or a wash out hair dye and then your contacs of choice so if u dont like the outcome you can try again.

dark skin color goes along well with blonde hair. but full head blonde will look dry. do blonde highlights instead with brown base

im gonna do that too. im treally tan and im probably gonna bleach it. i thik that u should dye ur hair blonde if u want a slightly exotic look
