Tell him that it really bothers you.
If he really wants nothing to do with her he should tell her 'I want nothing to do with you anymore' instead of what he's saying now. By saying "u know she lives wit me now so stop textin me" could give the wrong impression to her...that he'd still want her if you weren't living with him, etc.
And if not that...he should tell her to lose his number and/or ignore her.
If it gets serious, I'd suggest a restraining order.

since he has already told her to stop you can get a RSO put on her then she can be arrested for violation. It's over plain and simple now she needs to move on and some people just don't get the picture till something drastic is done.

He needs to stop answering her calls or get a new phone number. Simple as that. Ignore the woman and she will go away. As long as she is getting a reaction from him, she'll continue. So.....get another phone number or stop taking her calls/messages.
