Increasing starchy, sugary, and greasy foods is not a good idea. These are bad for your body. Even if you want to gain weight, your calories should come from foods that are good for you. Healthy fats include omega 3 oils like fish oils, flax, and nuts. Good sources of protein include organic meats, fish, and organic poultry. Increase the number of meals per day to 5 or 6 small balanced meals. Protein powders and shakes can be added as meals. Some are flavored and only need added water and some others can blended with water or your choice of juices to improve the taste. It would be a plus to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psillium powder to add some healthy fiber.

Just do like me, (not a good example) but if you do not care how you gain the weight, eat lots of starchy foods and sweets after 7 p.m. before going to bed. But if you want to do it the right and healthy way so that you do not gain fat but lean muscle then seek professional support or check out some websites that have articles spefically for your situation:

Well, that depends on your age and gender. Amazingly enough, you might be healthy. I would suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible. You could have a disease or you could just be really thin. As I read, some people were telling you to eat, eat, eat. That might not be a good thing, as you could have a disorder. I would suggest seeing a doctor. He or she will be able to tell you what to do in order to gain weight in a healthy way. :)

you might be fine, depending on your age.
but if you want to gain weight-Eat more food in a day, lift weights(muscle is more dense than fat, so it weighs more), then eat some more, exercise..Only way to gain pounds is to increase your daily calorie intake..EAT but don't eat empty calories(no nutritional value) such as junk food. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and turkey and chicken. It's better to eat calories that offer nutrition.
and also, one answerer said you that you can turn fat into muscle..This is just not true..Exercise and wieght training will burn off fat, and build more muscle from the existing muscle you already have..The myth is that you can turn fat into muscle, which is false. you can't turn fat into muscle.

well, it would not be healthy to just eat. muscle weighs more than fat, so gain muscle by working out and eat healthy. if you eat food to gain weight, you'll most likely stick with it and will probly end up overweight. so use this as an advantage.

Eat balanced meals. Don't overdo the carbohydrates, but have proteins to build muscles.
