just start out small and do as i've done either when ur with him or on the phone or e-mailing him when u say good bye say lyl (luv ya lots) it's an ice breaker to find out if he wants to say i love u or not...........when u say it if he says it right back that means he's ok with it......if he ask whats that all bout then just say......."oh it's just something i picked up online and i've tried saying to everyone i care bout" that way u'll know when he wants to say i luv u back and he'll know u really care bout him either way

Send that special person a yahoo greeting card and say something simply like, "You are SPECIAL to me".

be nice to him, talk to him, ask if he has feelings for you still, and ask him to go to a movie or something and then just, ask him out if the movie or whatever goes well.
