Now, as far as the chinese believes, it is not only brushing and mouth wash will help to make your breath not stinks. What you eat as well. Try to avoid spicy food, high carbohydrate, and go for more fibre like vegetables, and also melon, cucumber etc, it helps to 'cool' your body especially now is summer. Give it a go, and it should work after some time.

Be sure to brush your tongue! It has all kinds of crevices that can cause bad breath. Also brush the cheeks. If you continue to have problems, you may have an intestinal or sinus problem. People with allergies that use antihistamines end up with dry mouth with causes really really bad breath - so drinking lots of water helps. You can purchase those little Listerine packs and keep them in your pocket. They help (I hope - no ones said anything to me so I think so!!!)

Be sure to floss everyday. Brush your tongue. Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide mixed with water 50/50. Get your teeth professionally cleaned regularly.

Floss as well. Brushing your tongue will help too. As will mouth wash. If all else fails, it's time to go to a dentist.

Hey sweetie. You may have halitosis. I am not sure if that is spelled correctly. If you brush, floss and etc. and nothing works, including changing your diet, then maybe you should ask your dentist. He or she will understand and help you! Good Luck!
