By a good scanner, this is not the issue here. Scanner scans documents into images( .jpg .bmp etc) . So you will need a OCR software ( optical character reader ) like ScanSoft OCR or Adobe Pagemaker or Fine Reader.

What to seem for in a scanner: you'll want a flatbed scanner. those have a horizontal glass mattress, coated by using a lid. you position the image on the glass face-down and close the lid. you purely favor to experiment a image at seventy 2 dots in line with inch (dpi) if it truly is going to be considered purely on a visual demonstrate unit. Prints must be scanned at three hundred dots in line with inch in the adventure that they are going to be revealed. in case you intend to crop the image and then make higher it, experiment it at 600 dpi. keep the alternative as low as attainable. The more effective the alternative, the more effective the document. more effective information take longer to obtain in e mail and are slower to open on a pc. A scanner might want for use to enter textual content right into a pc, too. once you experiment textual content, the scanner takes a image. you may replace that to a word processing record utilising optical personality popularity application. Get OCR application jointly with your scanner!!! you should take care of to get a sturdy one for below $one hundred.
