truthfully.. i do this to a guy i know... but thats because hes always asking me. If you are asking her then its pity.. sorry to tell you that. If she is just saying it then maybe shes lieing which means just dont try with her anymore or she means it but it takes more then 2 things to be interested fully...

Because she is just not into you, women are not like men when it comes to looks. Men are visual when they see someone they like they go for it. Women need to talk, and if a man can get them to laugh even better. we know right away like five minutes into the conversation if we are into him or not.

just because she can see that you are not ugly doesn't mean that she wants to have sex with you. i don't want to have sex with every nice looking person i meet. do you? isn't her friendship enough? if not then you need to tell her so.
