I could be mistaken but I am going to go with the Motor City Cobra, Thomas "Hitman" Hearns. I know he has won 7 titles in 6 different weight classes. I can't imagine that someone has put in more work.

Henry Armstong held the featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight belts at the same time from 1938-39. This will never happen again. Joe Louis had the haevyweight championship the longest reign from 1937-49. Roberto Duran held lightweight, welterweight, and middleweight belts during his career.
