I have some tarot cards and runes. Is it possible to cast spells with them? If so, can you guys please include directions!

Runes and tarot cards are divinitory tools, which is a "spell" of sorts. I think both can be used during spells as a tool with other things like candles, etc, but I'm just a Pagan, not a Wiccan so I don't know much about that.

Erm... no. Tarot Cards and Runes are used as a vague way of predicting the future. There are Wiccan books that can show you spells and such if you wish to cast them.

You do not even need to learn the meanings off by heart, you can refer to a book or Internet site while you are doing it. If it is or was then the power by which you would do such would be satanic or demonic whether or not you attempt to cast spells for good or bad. I do believer in demons and therefor I would have to answer your question to say I do believe it's possible but ONLY if you yield your spirit and body to demonic powers which would be beyond catastrophic for your eternal position and fate. I do believe it's possible to be demon possessed and a willingness to have this happen just to experience a bit of power rejects God and Jesus Christ and places you in danger of eternal separation from God and being under the control of demons which would end up ruining any happiness you could achieve or experience.

Yes it is possible, but I can't tell you how I do it. I don't like to tell people my secrets like that. Get a book on rune magic, and it'll tell you the basics of how to do it, but I've got a totally different system. Actually, let me get you some titles that you could check out. Give me a sec.
