easy, you have to cut your hair so that only healthy hair is left, split ends will continue to split if they exsist. then keep it well conditioned and take care of hair, try not to over damage hair, and dont brush wet hair with a fine bristle brush, will stretch and break hair. But hair needs to be cut. all the damaged hair anyways.

The only cure for split ends is to trim them off. After that, you can keep them from recurring by treating your hair gently. Never brush your hair while it's wet. Instead, use a wide tooth comb. Deep condition at least once per week. Don't blowdry your hair until it's completely dry, but leave it slightly damp and let it finish drying on its own. It's damaging to hair if you overuse heat products, so minimize their use if possible.

You should go to a salon to have the split ends cut off every 6 weeks or so. This helps out some with the ends splitting. Also ask your stylist what form of cream/lotion you should use for delicate hair to improve it's strength.

Keeping it trimmed is very important. My stylist just told me what to do and it worked awesome for me and my sister. Go to walmart and buy some Pantene Hair Serum. It coats & seals every strand to keep it from breaking. You put it in your hair before you blowdry. It's awesome at protecting against heat damage and will only set ya back about $4.00.

well to be honest split ends always come back and everyone has them even people with great hair...you just have to not over-dry out your hair to keep it from getting worse

You can twist a section of your hair really tight and then hold it between your fingers and squeeze really tight and slide down and that gets out alot of them, but other then that theres not much you can do about them unless you get your hair cut really short. hope this helps.

Do you curl your hair or pull it back? That will also cause split ends. Also, change your shampoo if you haven't in a while.

make sure you close your hair follicles, at the end of your shower stand under cold water for a minute that will close them, then use protectant spray when using hot tools on your hair it will protect from anymore damage

You should not blow dry completely ( not at all in summer) and use de-tangle hair products, comb or brush out gently.
