have tiles which have been chipped from stuff been dropped on them and want to know how to cover them

use white cement, add colour to match, before mixing water and apply

Fill in the broken spaces with filler or cement. Then paint over the tile. Paint other correponding tiles to create a pattern, or get a stencil and stencil over motifs over the painted tiles. Gives your floor that meant-to-be look without having to replace tiles.

i cannot think of anything that will fix a chipped ceramic tile other than to replace it with a new piece if available, if not, you have to be contented replacing it with a different one. you can consider replacing some pieces so that it will look like a design if you cannot find an exact replacement.

You can't really cover broken tile. Oh you could put a throw rug over it I suppose, but the best thing to do is replace it.
