flirt back and let him make that first move just in case he is joking, but most likely its his way of trying to see if your interested without looking dumb in case you reject him.

do you joke with him??if you do hint it that you mean business in a way that if he was joking you can say you were joking. test him do the "whatever you don't really think that" or "you wouldn't" ask him if he's serious. also ask people around you guys what they think if you are scared to ask, look and see how he treats other girls does he treat you differently?? or he just a flirt but may seem like a little more to you? if this is the case then let him work for it if feelings really do exist. But if you don't care what people or what he thinks then just ask him and suck it up. If you just want to have sex because you're horny again man up and tell him guys love that .

Does he hook up with a lot of people randomly, or is he really interested in you? Ask yourself that before you get used. Why not date first, make him chase it before hooking up if you want a relationship. If you just want a meaningless hook up then go for it.

If he's not joking, you'll know...or just ask him point blank "are you serious"?
Let him "go for it" and you can respond as you like...that way you don't have to worry about making a move and finding that he really was just joking...
