If the video is saved on your computer, you can burn it to a DVD-R
CD if you have a DVD writing CD drive.
To check if you have a cd drive that burns DVDs, look closely at the Drive, it should say DVD rewritable ar something similar to that.
No specific software is needed, just copy and paste the file into the CD Drive folder(Insert DVD-R Disc first)

Use a program called cloneDVD it is a hell of a lot easier than any other program out there. All you need to do is set the anyDVD program going to decrypt the protection and then start cloneDVD and you copy it straight onto another DVD.. simple.
